Procurement
Buying Transit Planner
Most agencies can buy Pro the way they buy any small service: with a purchase order and an invoice. Here’s what to expect, and what we can send your procurement office.
How it works
Try it on your own data
Start with the 90-day trial: every Pro feature on your agency’s network, with no card and no contract.
Send a purchase order
Pro is $7,500 a year for up to 10 named users. Pro + Launch is $12,500 for the first year, then $7,500 a year. Both are under the federal $15,000 micro-purchase threshold.
We invoice your agency
No credit card is needed. Your trial workspace becomes your Pro workspace, so there’s nothing to migrate.
What we can send your procurement office
- A completed W-9
- A sample subscription agreement for your counsel to review (Washington law, with public-agency terms)
- Answers to your vendor forms and security questionnaire
- Product documentation and our published methodology
Email info@lmailabs.ai or use the contact form, and tell us what your process needs.
Micro-purchase rules vary
Under federal rules, many agencies can buy below the micro-purchase threshold without a formal solicitation. State, local and grant-specific rules can set lower limits or add steps, so check with your procurement office. If your agency needs a formal quote or a particular contract form, we’ll work with it.
Several agencies, or consultant use
One Pro license covers one transit operating agency and one primary GTFS feed. Regional, MPO, consultant, statewide, multi-operator and white-label use need a separate agreement.
Frequently asked questions
- Do we need a credit card?
- No. We invoice your agency, and the 90-day trial doesn’t need a card either.
- Is there a contract?
- Pro is an annual subscription under a subscription agreement. We can send a sample for your counsel to review before you buy.
- What happens if we don’t buy after the trial?
- Your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade later.
- Can we buy for several agencies, or as a consultant?
- Yes, under a separate agreement. Tell us which agencies and what use you have in mind.
