I'm Baofeng Dong, founder of LMAi Labs and a senior tech leader with over 10 years of experience driving platform infrastructure and AI programs across multi-cloud environments at companies like Confluent and Amazon.
At Confluent, I lead Cloud Platform Control Plane programs powering real-time AI and agentic workloads, and independently designed and built an AI-powered platform discovery tool using FastAPI, React, and the Claude API—consolidating 6,800+ knowledge artifacts and reducing platform research from days to minutes for 100+ engineers. At Amazon, I delivered cross-org programs spanning robotics cloud migration, warehouse automation, and network infrastructure, driving over $600M in cost savings across 700+ fulfillment sites.
I founded LMAi Labs to bridge the AI gap for startups and SMBs—bringing enterprise-grade thinking to businesses that don't have massive engineering teams. Whether it's a Slack integration, a custom AI agent, or a full-stack AI application, I combine hands-on building experience with strategic program leadership to deliver results.
