Accessibility

We want lmailabs.ai and Transit Planner to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or magnification.

This website

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on lmailabs.ai. Pages use readable text contrast, a visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for images, and forms that label each field and announce errors.

The Transit Planner app

Transit Planner is built around an interactive map, and a map canvas is hard to make fully accessible. The information on the map is also available as text: route lists with costs, demographic statistics, and PDF, Word and CSV reports.

Known limitations

  • Drawing and editing routes on the map needs a mouse, trackpad or touch screen.
  • Some map layers use color to show values. Legends label them, but a few views still depend on color.
  • We haven’t yet audited the app in full against WCAG.

Accessibility report (VPAT)

We haven’t published an accessibility conformance report yet. If your procurement needs one, tell us and we’ll prioritize it.

Report a barrier

Email info@lmailabs.ai with the page and what happened. We’ll reply within two business days and tell you how we’ll fix it.
